New Green Tags
- RFP committee will put out a request for proposal seeking suppliers of new green tags in March or April
- tags will be selected based on environmental benefit
- environmental benefit is based on amount of carbon dioxide offset, additionality, and enviro. impact of the facility itself
- may buy tags from up to three companies
