  • administrators recently decided to move the bookstore panels; SRE maintains that the panels should be located to recieve maximum solar insolation
  • a rep. is needed for the solar panel promotion committee
  • brainstormed more ideas for kiosk content

Conservation

  • secured the money from AS to print tip-of-the-week posters, which will run this quarter and into the next

  • meeting with Ron Bailey on Tues., 2/5/08 at noon in front of VU to discuss Rec. Ctr. energy monitoring

New Green Tags

  • RFP committee will put out a request for proposal seeking suppliers of new green tags in March or April
  • tags will be selected based on environmental benefit
  • environmental benefit is based on amount of carbon dioxide offset, additionality, and enviro. impact of the facility itself
  • may buy tags from up to three companies
